Logistics Solutions Unit Lead

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of IT Logistics Solutions Unit Lead based in Al Khobar.

Objective:

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of the logistics solutions by utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies..
• Lead team of logistics Specialists to support and enhance logistics solutions.
• Ensure the application stack, development and support meet the needs of supply chain.

Duties Responsibilities:

• Lead logistics solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline.
• Conduct and guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates.
• Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction.
• Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps..
• Direct go-live cutover tasks such as loading the new system with data extracted from the legacy system..
• Coordinate resources with project team and direct.
• Support functional transition of dependent capabilities to Service Delivery..
• Understand the existing Supply Chain planning setup and config and map the processes to ERP modules.
• Work with other Domain and Enterprise architects to develop a strategic roadmap 3-5 years journey.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• 8 years of experience in IT Logistics Solutions.
• Conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements and mapping to Supply Chain Solution functionalities, performing system integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
• WMS & TMS Systems.
• System integrations (FI, MM, SD etc.).
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Managing IT transformations.
• Self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to comprehend business processes, converse with business subject matter experts, and apply technology to solve business problems.
• Strong affinity for IT and desire to learn new technologies.
